Multiple workflows, same Lead Gen Form [Meta]

Hi, is it possible to have multiple workflows with the same “Facebook Lead Ads” trigger linked to the same page and the same Lead Gen Form.

Yes, it is possible, but there’s an important limitation to keep in mind.

You can create multiple workflows using the “Facebook Lead Ads” trigger connected to the same page and the same Lead Gen Form. However, Facebook sends each lead to the webhook(s), and how those leads are picked up depends on how the trigger is set up.

• Each workflow has its own webhook URL.
• Facebook Lead Ads typically allows one webhook subscription per app per page.
• Because of this, the same lead may not reliably trigger multiple workflows independently.

What usually happens:

• The first workflow that captures the lead may consume the webhook response.
• Other workflows may not receive the same lead data consistently.

Recommended approach:

Instead of using multiple workflows with the same trigger, use a single workflow. Set up the Facebook Lead Ads trigger step in this workflow with the specific form you want. Then add multiple Data Forwarders to your workflow, each sending data to a different workflow.

This will allow you to capture the lead data in a single workflow while sending it to multiple workflows simultaneously.
