Need Help Connecting Interakt + Pabbly + Claude AI for WhatsApp Auto-Reply Automation

Hello Pabbly Team,

I am trying to build a WhatsApp AI chatbot workflow using Interakt, Pabbly Connect, and Claude AI.

Workflow Goal:

  1. User sends a WhatsApp message to our Interakt number.
  2. Interakt sends the incoming message to Pabbly Connect.
  3. Pabbly sends the message to Claude AI via API.
  4. Claude generates a response.
  5. Pabbly sends Claude's response back to the user through Interakt.

Issue:
I am facing difficulties configuring the API connection and workflow. The setup is not returning or sending Claude's response correctly. I am unsure whether the issue is with:

  • API authentication,
  • Request/response mapping,
  • Claude API configuration,
  • Interakt response setup, or
  • Pabbly workflow configuration.

I would appreciate guidance on:

  • The correct setup process for Interakt → Pabbly → Claude AI.
  • Required API configuration and headers.
  • Proper response mapping from Claude back to Interakt.
  • Any sample workflow or documentation for this use case.
