Vicki — Question ·

Hi there, my 'Send BiB UK FB comments to Slack' workflow stopped working a few weeks ago. I have tried reconnecting at each step and even creating a new workflow from scratch, but I keep getting this error in all my tests:

Could you please help? Thanks!

Hello @Vicki,

Please try testing the trigger now and let us know how it goes.

Hi @Preeti Paryani, I just tried testing the trigger, but I'm afraid it's still not working (the comments aren't reaching Slack). Here's what I did:

1) Clicked "Re-capture webhook response"
2) Went into the connected Facebook account and posted a comment in a post
3) Clicked "Save & Send test request". Here, a dropdown appears briefly and then disappears, so I can't see the error code

I also clicked "Save & Send test request" in the Action. I then checked the last step (Slack action), but the Message is still showing data from a test I ran 8 months ago.

Thanks!

Hello @Vicki,

Could you please try creating a new workflow to capture the leads? Let us know if you're able to capture the comments there.

Hi @Preeti Paryani, I was creating the new workflow and had the old one open side by side - when I ran the trigger test, I noticed the old workflow had picked up the test comment. It seems to be working again! ???

Could you please let me know what you did to fix it so I know for the future? ?

Thank you very much for your help with this!
