no credits available

Hi, I have subscribed to Pabbly Plus, and was under the impression that Pabbly chatflow was included, in the subscription?,

I am getting a message that all credits have been used up,

1.this is odd as the tail account I setup in meta has only sent 10 messages in total,
2. when I try and subscribe the to free 100 messages a month, it does not allow me to complete that?
any help?
