Not able to fetch workbook even after connecting with microsoft excel.

Why am i not getting list of workbooks in microsoft excel trigger? I have connected excel properly in incognito mode also. File placed in one drive. But not able to fetch files in pabbly. How to do it?

Please log in to your MS Excel and Pabbly Connect accounts in an Incognito Tab, then establish a new connection and see if that fixes the issue.
Tried again in incognito mode. but still workbook not showing up

Can you please confirm if your Excel file is saved under Ondedrive
If yes kindly keep you Onedrive account open in another tab and check if you can access the workbooks.

yes, excel file is in one drive only. both tabs were kept open simultaneously. still not working.

To get workbooks in Pabbly Connect one would have a paid account of Microsoft 365.
