Not Receiving messeges on whatsapp

I have followed the steps
Workflow spreadheet response is successful
Pabbly chat flow response is successfull
In pabbly is saying whatapp messg snet succesfly to the new row added in spreadsheet
but messges not received on whatsapp number
15 tasks tried and failed and wasted
