Not receiving notification emails for money received in phonepe

Hi Team,
I need to know that how to receive notification emails for the amount received in phonepe.
Did anyone faced this issue and contacted phonepe team fixing this issue.?
As of now i am getting mails for the money sent from phonepe.
I have configured workflow for sent money from phonepe and instead of received, please mention as "Sent".

It seems you have referred to our tutorial on YouTube to set up the workflow for capturing PhonePe payments via email. However, it looks like you are not receiving emails for payments received anymore.
If this is the issue, please confirm. If yes, we recommend contacting the PhonePe team, as the emails are not being sent from their end.
