Fabio — Question ·

Dear All,

I need to add a new note in section in Onenote, with a pdf attachment.

I managed to add a new note, but I am unable to create a note with attachment (the attachment is a pdf uploaded on google drive, in a shared folder).

With Make (formerly Integromat) this is quite easy..

How this can be done in pabbly?

Thanks

Fabio

Hey @Fabio

I am afraid to say that, we don't support multipart/form-data on the platform. As we can the API refers to this content type.

Dear Supreme,

thanks for your reply..any other suggestion? I would need the pdf to be on the onenote note..even if it's iframe from google view or an image...

We are sorry to say but there is no other workaround available at the moment.

Once we found any solution for that we will notify you soon.

Dear All, any news on this topic?

Moreover, as I am not very expert..could you please try to explain me what do you mean with "multipart/form-data"?

Thanks!!

Hello @Fabio,

OneNote’s API does not currently support adding file attachments (like PDFs) directly. You can only add text, images, or links. A workaround is to upload the PDF to Google Drive/OneDrive and insert its shareable link into the note.

Dear Mr Preeti thanks for your fast and very clear answer. The link to google drive is exactly what I did to "solve". Thanks again! best regards
