Pabbly Connect Telegram error code 400 after testing

Hi, I have issue getting my FB lead form input to be reflected on telegram. I have this error code 400 (attachment below). I have tested without the input and it does go through. Need help to resolve the input part.

This is the description error
Bad Request: can't parse entities: Unsupported start tag "test" at byte offset 157

sorry for the late reply. for the issue, I am able to rectify my own by creating another new lead from lead centre instead of the dummy lead. Thank you
