Pabbly - Flowlu link not stable / disfunctional causing connection Error 21

I am integrating Thrivecart with Flowlu through Pabbly. Whenever there is a sale, I want to create an opportunity in my flowlu account. 

There are different posssible options for this in Thrivecart - Pabbly - Flowlu:  Any product sale, Bump, Upsell, Downsell. 

We got the any product sale up and running, and opportunities show up in the selected pipeline, and in the right stage in flowlu. 

When setting up the automation for the bump offer, I cloned the one we created for the product sales, and made the necessary changes. When connecting to flowlu, we found that the link is not stable:

- sometimes the link shows basic fields from flowlu, but the custom fields are missing. 
- when reconnecting, these fields may turn up. However, 

1. when I try to adjust the stage setting to 11 (Group coaching in  Flowlu), I get an error message 21. 
2. when I do not change that - i.e. leave that field empty - the package is sent through to Flowlu - however it ends up in the first column of the Kanban board (number 9), not in the 3rd one (number 11) as desired. 

I spent hours trying to make it work - and had to conclude it must be a bug. 

Note that there is no task history of the executions that did not work. So the history i linked below showed first time it went through with response id 70, (in the meantime, as you can see in the video, we are at 80 due to repeated testing) pipeline id = 3, Stage id is missing.  The history Order: 42182216 shows a response from the 3 custom fields 7, 8 and 9:

however, in flowlu these values for this Order ID (Oder ID - typo ;-( ) are not coming across into the Flowlu record. The order number is coming across in the description field:

Update:

I just created an upsell automation thrivecart -> flowlu. We found out, that the problem is the same. The Stage field cannot have any content or the link to flowlu fails with an error 21 - field not empty.

Flowlu "Create Opportunity" — Stage ID field non-functional. Regardless of input method (dropdown or Map toggle with numeric ID), setting Stage ID causes Opportunity Name to resolve as null, returning error 21 (validation error: name not_empty). Workaround: leave Stage ID empty; use Flowlu pipeline automation rules to route opportunities by stage

I hope this helps to weed out the bug.

Please create an opportunity manually in your Flowlu account under the "Buyers - Group Coaching" stage. Once done, please let us know the name of the opportunity and share a screenshot of it.

Hello Richard,

We would like to inform you that the issue you have been facing is fixed now. We changed the action event from Create Opportunity to Create Opportunity (Beta). Now, the opportunity in Flowlu is getting created with a successful response. Please test at your end.
