Pabbly Glitch of unwanted duplicated task executions

Hi Team, as you can see in the screenshot, we added only 1 Aisensy task for reminder message, but pabbly has executed it thrice for no reason:

We have not edited workflow since 22 june as you can see in the workflow edit history:

So why did pabbly executed the tasks multiple times itself? many leads are affect and it affects our brand value, please let us know how to fix this?

We have escalated the matter to our technical team for further investigation, as the behavior you described does not appear to be expected. Since only a single AiSensy action is configured in the workflow, it should not be executing multiple times.
