Pabbly not detecting new rows automatically added to Google Sheet (Google Sheet → Pabbly → UChat integration)

Hi,

We’ve set up an automation where leads from multiple sources (Facebook ads, website forms, etc.) are automatically added into a Google Sheet.

Here’s our workflow setup:

  1. Google Sheet → Get Row(s) – collects new leads from the master sheet.
  2. API by Pabbly (POST) – sends each lead’s name, email, and phone to UChat to register them as contacts.

Everything works if I manually edit or paste a new row in the sheet — but when new rows come in automatically from connected lead sources, Pabbly doesn’t seem to detect them or process them through the workflow.

It’s like the new data isn’t being recognized as a new entry.

Can you please check why automatically-added rows are not being detected, and how to make sure Pabbly properly picks them up when the sheet updates via other integrations (not manual edits)?

Hello @Jomoteam,
It'll take 1 hour to reflect the data when lead is coming from expernal source (your website, and other forms). To reduce that time you need to setup 1 min pabbly connect trigger with google sheet. Refer this video:

FYI I'm not from Pabbly Connect team, just a freelancer who helps other Pabbly users.
