Pabbly Not Picking Up New Subscribers in KingSumo

Hello,

I just launched a new KingSumo giveaway and am using KingSumo to move the subscribers into ActiveCampaign.

However, Pabbly is not picking up new subscribers to the giveaway.

I have logged out of both Pabbly and KingSumo, relogged into both in an Incognito window, revoked the Pabbly connections in KingSumo, and then reconnected KingSumo in Pabbly. Pabbly is still not capturing new KingSumo subscribers.

Upon checking your task history, it appears that your workflow is triggering correctly. However, the ActiveCampaign “Create or Update Contact” action is failing due to an error.

Please refer to the attached image to review the specific error, which is coming under Res 7. Resolving this error should allow your new KingSumo subscribers to be added successfully to ActiveCampaign.
