Pabbly was not able to capture response

please check this response i have , lead did the payment but at the 1st stepn of bally response wasn;t showing as captured .
so lead didn't worked ahea, whereas other ;eads or pabbly's worked at the same time.
kindly chweck and solve this.
as issue only at the time of response generation , so npt able to get task hstory for the same

We have reviewed the task history of your workflow "Rs. 99 Lead - Wednesday Organic", and we can see that the last task execution took place on Oct 27, 2025, at 08:25.
Could you please try creating a test order in TagMango and let us know if the workflow triggers successfully or not? This will help us further investigate the issue.
before and after od this reposnse all got captured, but not this oe thats y we have raised concern.
FYI 27-10-2025 10:18:00, this is time of this transaction, lead wasn't capturedd only, that's why I didn't share task history of your workflow for this lead .

We would like to inform you that the trigger you’re using is based on a webhook event. This means that the data is captured in Pabbly Connect only when TagMango sends it to the webhook URL.
Could you please reach out to the TagMango team to check the specific item that didn’t trigger the workflow and ask them to review their logs to confirm whether the data was successfully sent to the webhook?
