I am trying to setup Pabbly to PMsuite CRM. I don't know the best way to set this up at all!! So I will try and explain what I am trying to do. Please let me know which is more efficient.

1. I would like to send outbound emails from my email alias using Zoho mail. This email sent need to be sent to PMsuite as a new lead with initial contact as email. I would like to set up auto emails for no responses as well.

I have signed up for a few lead generation companies: Lead Rocks and Apollo. It appears I can send emails within their software. Is there a way to set up connections from them to be sent to PMsuite as a lead?

I want to collect Name, Emai, Ph number, Company and Industry.
I received a webhook error as well.

Yes, your use case does seem possible with Pabbly Connect.

Upon checking your workflow, it appears that you are currently using an API Request to create a lead in PMsuite CRM. The error you are receiving seems to be related to the Name field mapping, as the value being sent is not valid according to PMsuite’s requirements.

We would recommend trying the same API request again with a properly formatted/correct Name value and then testing the workflow once more.

Regarding the other platforms:

• If LeadRocks or any other platform supports Webhooks/API access, then you can definitely capture those leads into Pabbly Connect and send them to PMsuite CRM.
• For Apollo, we already have triggers available such as the “New Contact” trigger, which you can use to capture leads automatically.

• After the lead gets added into PMsuite CRM, you can add a Delay step in the workflow.
• Then use Gmail/Zoho Mail actions to send automated follow-up emails after a certain duration if needed.
