Could you please share the workflow URL where you have this concern? Also, do you want to send tickets to a channel randomly, or is there a specific relationship between the ticket and the channel?

I do not want it to send tickets to a random channel. I have channels that are created for each of my clients. Im hoping that when the ticket is submitted in Moxie that it can match the email address from the ticket submission to a channel that has the user in Cliq
You can add the email addresses and the associated channel IDs to the Lookup Table in this manner and map the channel ID from the Lookup Table to the 'Send Message to Channel' action step.
