I'd like to share some honest feedback, the private discussion feature in the older version was actually really helpful. Being able to discuss things privately right within the forum made it quick and convenient. Sharing sensitive details over email feels a bit cumbersome in comparison, and it breaks the flow of the conversation.

If possible, I'd really request the team to consider bringing back the private discussion option in this new version as well. It would make a big difference for users who occasionally need to share account details, workflow URLs, or screenshots without switching to email.

That said, our team has intentionally designed the new forum to function as an open community discussion platformre generally intended for public knowledge sharing and collaboration, the current version focuses on maintaining transparent discussions that can benefit other users facing similar questions or issues.

For cases where private information needs to be shared, we recommend reaching out to us via email at [email protected]. This allows you to securely share sensitive details while ensuring that your information remains private and accessible only to the support team handling your request.

I agree that the forum should also have a private discussion feature. As you know, we already handle a lot of emails every day, so if Pabbly support and questions are answered only through email, those messages can easily pile up and become hard to find later.

We use private discussions so we can go back to important information whenever we need it. If support is moved entirely to email, there is a higher chance that the same questions will be asked repeatedly because older email threads may be difficult to locate.

I strongly suggest adding the private discussion feature to the new forum as well.
