Problem in Whatsapp message template

Hello,
The same message template, configured exactly the same way, used in more than one route of the workflow works correctly in one route but not in another, reporting an error that the other does not report.
The error displayed in the route ‘LEANDRO':

If you check both message templates you will see that they are both configured exactly the same way.
