Problèmes avec mes publications Facebook
J'ai beaucoup de publicités que je publie sur Facebook qui ne s'affichent pas correctement. Pouvez-vous m'aider à résoudre ce problème ?
Toutes les publicités sont publiées avec succès sur Pabbly Connect, mais certaines publications ne s'affichent pas correctement sur Facebook.
Il est à noter qu'il y a trois mois, j'ai effectué la même automatisation avec n8n et Facebook pour développeurs. Auparavant, j'utilisais uniquement Pabbly Connect et je n'avais pas ce problème. Mais depuis que j'utilise n8n, ce problème est apparu.

Actuellement, tous mes flux de travail sont publiés sur Facebook, et tous mes flux de travail présentent ce problème.

D'accord. Je vais essayer.
N.B. : Il est à noter que mes autorisations actuelles me permettent de publier correctement plusieurs messages. Je publie 24 messages par jour sur chaque page Facebook avec chaque autorisation. Environ 5 messages par jour et par page rencontrent ce problème.
Pensez-vous que la solution que vous avez proposée soit la bonne ?

Yes, we recommend trying the suggested solution and observing whether the issue continues. Even if most posts are being published successfully, temporary restrictions or limitations on Meta’s end can sometimes affect only a portion of the requests.

Upon reviewing the task history you shared, we can see that the workflow is executing successfully for some records, while failing for others.
After checking further, it appears that the issue is related to the data coming from the Google Sheets – Get Rows action. In certain instances, the specific key mapped to the Text Formatter step is missing or empty. Since that field is required in the subsequent action, the step fails, and the following actions are either skipped or marked as failed.
We recommend reviewing your Google Sheet to ensure that the required column is always populated and that the data structure remains consistent across all rows. This will help prevent such intermittent failures.
