I'm not very good at this sort of thing and I'm trying to link my notion contacts with QBO contacts, is there a simple guide out there to help me with this.

Please follow the steps shown in the video below to set up Notion as your trigger application. Only the first part of the video is relevant for you. Skip to the 5:03 minute mark.

Follow the steps in this video to set up QuickBooks Online as your action step and add customers to it. Only the second part of the video is relevant for you—skip to the 6:53 mark.

Thank you for your response, not quite catching everything, particularly in the 2nd video, but I think I have enough. I managed to import one customer, but I would also to import a customer that already exists in Notion, is that possible. Thanks again

Unfortunately, this particular use case isn’t possible at the moment. Only newly added items can be pushed to QuickBooks Online.
