quickbooks delay

We have an API connection for Quickbooks to Geekseller in Pabbly and would like to have the order appear in Geekseller immediately if possible. Right now it is taking about 40 minutes to show up which delays the fulfillment process. How can we make this show up faster? We did not have this delay with Zapier so I assume it is a setting issue somewhere. Please advise.

QuickBooks Online has a polling-based trigger, meaning it checks for new invoices in your QuickBooks account at regular intervals, and if invoices are found, it triggers the workflow accordingly.
We observed that the trigger interval in your workflow was set to 60 minutes, meaning Pabbly Connect was checking for new invoices in your QuickBooks account every 60 minutes. The workflow cannot trigger instantly, but the interval can be reduced to a minimum of 10 minutes. We have reduced it to 10 minutes on your behalf.
