Razorpay-Filter-GoogleSheet Missing "Name" data

Filter : Rs. 9 - working fine - and gives all data coming from live campaign - correctly

Filter 999/5999 -
1. when i do - Save & Send test request - am getting the data : Name, email,phone,amount
2. but when the live data comes (people make payments) i dont recieve 'Name" - rest all data - email,phone,amount is geeting updated.

how do i find Task History ID ?

when am doing Send & Save test request - Yes its coming to sheet , but when the real data comes from razorpay the Name coloumn is blank in google sheet

We reviewed the workflow task history once more, and from our end, the customer's name appears to be getting captured and passed to Google Sheets successfully for the live payment entries as well.

Additionally, if there are any specific rows in your Google Sheet where the Name field is blank while the other fields (Email, Phone, Amount, etc.) are populated, please share a screenshot of those rows. This will help us investigate the discrepancy further and identify what might be causing it.
