Recurring Duplicate Task Consumption in "bigin to wati" Workflow – Review & Credit Request (07 Jul – 22 Jul 2026)

Hi Team,
I am writing about a recurring excessive task consumption issue on our Pabbly Connect account.
Account Overview (07 Jul 2026 – 22 Jul 2026):
- Workflow Executed: 8,149
- Tasks Consumed: 9,091
- Free Tasks Consumed: 8,149
Issue: Our workflow "bigin to wati" (Zoho Bigin → WATI WhatsApp) is showing multiple executions within very close timestamps of each other (e.g., 17:24:18, 17:18:14, 16:06:33 on Jul 21, 2026), each logged as "Success" and consuming 1 Free Task per run under the "Home" flow.
This mirrors a duplicate-trigger issue we previously identified and resolved (caused by two Zoho Bigin rules firing on the same Contact Create event, and a shared Facebook Lead Form across multiple ad campaigns). Despite those earlier fixes, the pattern has resurfaced.
Questions:
1. Can you review our task history for 07 Jul – 22 Jul 2026 and confirm if these near-simultaneous executions indicate duplicate webhook firing?
2. Is it possible to get credit for tasks consumed due to any confirmed duplicate triggering?
3. Does Pabbly offer built-in deduplication to prevent duplicate webhook executions within a short time window?
4. Any additional filter/settings recommendations to permanently prevent this?
