Reduce 8 hour polling window - Cliniko

"I am on an Ultimate Lifetime plan. My Cliniko 'New Appointment' trigger is showing an 8-hour polling interval. Please reduce this to 1 minute for me."

Hi @catalystcw,

It is not possible to set the trigger interval time to 1 minute. However, we have reduced it to 10 minutes, which is the minimum trigger interval time we can set.
