Remove "Email by Pabbly" branding from footer

please remove
Email by Pabbly from [email][email hidden][/email] as it is breaking entire html emailer
Hello @marketing.admin,
We have disabled the "Send by Pabbly" footer for your account.
Please note that this change will apply to any new templates that you create going forward, and the footer will no longer be added to them.
However, for your existing templates, you will need to duplicate/recreate them for the change to take effect. Once duplicated, the newly created template will not include the "Email by Pabbly" footer.
