Rerunning failed and skipped steps

Rerunning failed and skipped steps is not working for us on any workflow. It would be helpful if you guys could look into this and get this working.

Is the issue related to the auto re-execution of a failed task not working, or are you also unable to manually re-execute the failed task?

This is for both instances. Some will say auto re-execution at at certain time and will not re execute and then I will get the spinning wheel of death when I manually re-execute failed and skipped steps.
