(resolved) Wrong task consumption count

This page shows that we've already used 2661 paid tasks today (29th Nov) till 9:45AM. One particular workflow WixFix19Aug is shown to have consumed 592 paid tasks.

However, if you go to workflow level usage, it shows that this workflow has consumed only 108 paid tasks today (29th Nov) till 9:45AM.

We noticed that some workflows are running with wrong paid task count.
For example, please look at the following screenshots. It shows that these are workflows with 23 steps with only 2 free tasks. However, when we click on the task history, we see that there are 11 free tasks.
Why are we wrongly being billed here?
