Response not received in 25 seconds and HTTP 500 Error

Hello,
I recently started getting

Response not received in 25 seconds.

I followed the guide and added 1 minute wait time to test the theory, but then I get HTTP status 500 response and it says Blank response received (Whereas the response is already generated in previous step).

NOTE: This workflow has been working for months and only recently started giving this error. Kindly help me with the issue.

Please try setting up a delay of 3-5 minutes, if you still face the same issue please let us know.

But 3-5 minutes delay will kill my process as its about forwarding OTP faster to the team.

Why didn't this issue happened earlier and suddenly now it's an issue?
