Run out of tasks, would like extra tasks

florisMeeples — Question ·

Hi,

I accidentally ran out of tasks with one of my workflows. Because of this all my other workflows are no longer working. I have the lifetime access account, and would like to buy extra tasks. How can I do this, without having to go to the monthly fee?

Hello @florisMeeples,

Thank you for reaching out.

Currently, we do not have a separate add-on option to purchase extra tasks independently. However, you can purchase an additional plan to increase your task limit.

Available Options:

  • You can opt for a monthly plan, which will provide you with additional tasks (currently 10,000 tasks per month).
  • If you do not wish to continue with the monthly subscription, you can simply cancel it before the next billing cycle.
  • Alternatively, if your task requirement is higher, you may also consider a yearly plan for better value.

Please note that purchasing a new plan will act as a top-up alongside your existing lifetime plan.

You can explore the available plans here:

Yes, but I already have the lifetime plan, then I'm not going to switch to a monthly plan. That does not make sense. You should offer the possibility to buy extra tasks when needed.

Hello @florisMeeples,

We completely understand your concern.

Please note that purchasing a monthly plan will not replace or affect your lifetime plan. Your lifetime plan will remain exactly as it is.

The monthly plan will simply work as an additional top-up of tasks for your account. You will get extra tasks for that month, and once the month ends, those additional tasks will expire.

Currently, we do not have a separate option to purchase one-time extra tasks. This is the only available way to temporarily increase your task limit.

We appreciate your feedback regarding pay-as-you-go task options, and we will surely pass this to our team for consideration.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.
