Schedule Trigger By Pabbly Hasn't Taken Daylight Savings Time Into Account
Status: Open · Asked by Swen Halverson on · 0 views
My Workflow triggered an hour late because it hasn't changed the trigger time with the USA's daylight savings time change correctly.
I chose the "America/New_York" timezone so it's supposed to go off at 10:00am which it says is 15:00 UTC, but with daylight savings time that has changed to 14:00 UTC now, so it's being triggered an hour late.
US Timezones are complicated and not every US state follows daylight savings time so it may take a while to get your schedule trigger fixed.
After reselecting my trigger time, it updated to show the correct UTC time, but this may mean schedule triggers are set to a specific UTC time on creation, when it should be updating automatically when daylight savings time changes occur.
Hi @swenhalver,
Please allow me some time to discuss this with out team. We will get back to you with an update soon.
Ideally I would like to be able to select the timezone of the trigger, since sometimes I would like to ignore daylight savings time, and others I want it to be taken into account.
Please allow us some time. We will get back to you shortly.
Our technical team has informed us that we currently only support UTC time, and the Scheduler will not adjust for daylight saving time. If you would like this feature to be added to Pabbly Connect, you can submit your request on our dedicated platform.:

Our development team will look into your request and, if possible, add the desired feature to Pabbly Connect.
