Scraping Flow

Hello, good morning. I'm trying to set up a web scraping system that will send me a notification when appointments become available on a public website.

I need a system that can fill out forms, click on elements, and send me a notification if it detects appointments on a screen.

How could I set this up with Pabbly? Would it be possible to use a data center in Spain? Or could I set up a VPN and connect it to the network?

The complete workflow you're describing is not possible directly within Pabbly Connect. Pabbly Connect does not support web scraping or browser automation tasks such as filling out forms, clicking elements, navigating websites, or monitoring pages for appointment availability.

You would need to use a dedicated web scraping or browser automation tool to monitor the website and detect available appointments. Once the scraper identifies an available slot, it can send the data to Pabbly Connect via a webhook or API.

Pabbly Connect can then help you process that information and send notifications through email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, or other supported applications.

So, while Pabbly Connect can handle the notification and workflow automation part, the scraping and appointment-checking functionality would need to be handled by a separate tool.
