Search SALES by Customer Name shows "no matching results found"

When i make a search of sales and use customer name it shows "no matchning" even though we have a customer with that name that bought twice (Payment success through checkout) and also have one failed payment. Why is that?

You might want to expand date range or search for something else.
Seems to work only with "first name" but not "first name" + "lastname" combined.

We have now added the functionality to search the "Sales" section with "first name" + "last name" combined. Hence, we request you to try it at your end.
