Send out Email Using Microsoft Teams Account

We are trying to setup the email sending configuration but in vain. The following is the video::

We have a teams account [EMAIL][email hidden][/EMAIL]， when set up, Pabbly asked for an admin account. We have used [EMAIL][email hidden][/EMAIL] as the Admin account (with admin access)
Kindly advise if the above is correct method to use? We have also tried Microsoft Exchange, Teams function but in vain. It seems that Teams Send Email does not have Bcc

However, the admin must first grant the necessary permissions to that specific email account within your Microsoft 365 environment. Is there a guide what kind of permission to be granted within the Microsoft 365 environment? There's no documentation on this for reference.
Honestly, we are using Pabbly as third party conduit, we won't know how to provide access within the M 365 environment, since most of the permission has been done at the Pabbly side when connecting the function. Your brevity reply does not really provide much precise guidance.
Please try using the following details:
- Server Address: smtp-mail.outlook.com
- Username: Your Outlook Email Address (e.g. [EMAIL][email hidden][/EMAIL])
- Password: Your Outlook Password
- Port Number: 587 (With TLS)
- Alternative Port Number: 25 (Without TLS/SSL)
- Sending Limits: 300 Emails a day or 100 recipients a day.
Please try using the following details:
