Setting Up Workflow

I'm trying to connect Pabbly to Microsoft Excel. I've already purchased the 365 online excel and one drive, placed an .xlsx file there, and opened the tabs in Private Mode (Firefox) (Safari). Workbooks are not showing up. I've started over 5 times and still not getting anything populated.

Please follow the steps outlined in the attached thread, and then try setting up the Microsoft Excel step in your workflow.

I already followed that. it didn't work.
Trying competition to see if they can help me...the data connections at least work better
