Can we send emails from a shared mailbox?
Also, why does Exchange Send Email action force a CC recipient?

We've implemented a minor update to the Send Email action step, eliminating the need to include the CC field.

Please give it a try and let us know if that helps you.

That's perfect thank you. Is there a way to handle shared mailboxes? In other platforms, you just connect your main account and there is a From: field that you can use to send from shared mailboxes and if left blank, it sends from your own mailbox.

Can you please share the reference for the same, so that we can look into it?

I'd like to trigger a new email in a shared Microsoft Office 365 mailbox, and then also reply to the received email from this shared mailbox.
