Shipping country error - Printful & Payhip - Canada vs USA

Hi, I'm using this service for the first time. I'm trying to automate the shipping process for Printful on my Payhip-hosted website. I'm doing the test purchase to link the website, but it says that I can't ship to Canada, which is not true. Printful ships almost everywhere.

Does Pabbly website work only in USA? Or, maybe I did something wrong?

Here is the exact error : Item 0: This product "Unisex Performance Crew Neck T-Shirt | A4 N3142 (Black / M)" ships to United States only and the current shipping address is outside of this region.
