Shopify and Zoho books integration

i'm here using pabbly connect but i am having some issues, i am trying to integrate shopify to zoho books, but on the part of creating a router with conditions for when whether a customer exists or not to create them a new account in zoho books or not, it doesn't allow me to map the customer billing / shipping address name in the field of set filter and action steps, it gives me an error (Invalid value passed for Select Customer) when i toggle map and select the billing address name, when i toggle the map button off and i select a static name from the list or enter my own name it works, but it now puts that name on every invoice generated even if it is different shopify customers making those orders, i don't know why.
