Shopify not pulling in all products

Trying to create an order on Shopify, not all the products are listed in the drop down, even after I click the Refresh button. How can I get the rest of the products to show up in the list?

If the products aren't appearing in the dropdown, you can use the 'Find Product by Title' feature, which will give you the product details, including the product ID. You can then enter this product ID in the designated field when creating the order by toggling the map button.
