Short.io Delete A Link Issue - Unsupported Media Type
Status: Open · Asked by IChild Company on · 0 views
Dear Support.
Wondering why do we keep having this issue of deleting the link via the Short.io. During Testing it works. But now the flow does not work!
When we perform testing, we have used the link as per your heading suggested. But the return response was an error. The deletion was successful when we use the ID of the link i.e see attached.
From this month Nov 2025, we start receiving "Error : Unsupported Media Type"
Kindly rectify and advise accordingly. Would suggest that your team be more Concise for headers, with example will reduce our time troubleshooting
Hello @ichilddev,
The issue with the Delete link action has now been resolved. Please try using it or re-executing the failed tasks, and let us know how it goes.
Today we received another issue:

Hello @ichilddev,
In the Google Drive – Delete File/Folder action, you can pass either a File ID or a Folder ID, and the module will delete the corresponding item based on the ID provided.
Regarding the error you are seeing — “insufficient permissions” — this occurs because the Google Drive account connected in your workflow is not the owner of the file or folder you are attempting to delete. Google allows deletion only when the connected account is the actual owner.
Please ensure that the File ID being passed belongs to a file/folder owned by the same Google account used in your Pabbly connection. Once corrected, the delete action should work as expected.
