Should I plan to pay for Official Customer Support? Or can I rely on Community Support?

Hello,

I am considering the Pabbly Connect Ultimate ($699), however a bit concerned about the support.
It does come with 1 year of support, but the FAQ says that after that, I have to pay 1/3rd of the "Lifetime Cost" for "Support".

Now that is NOT cheap = $233 per year for support
For Make.com, I can get 20,000 Ops per month with FULL Support for $192/year (so not sure what I save with the Pabbly Connect Lifetime offer).

My question for the community is:

  • A) Is Community Support Enough?: Is there enough community support through these forums (just with the help of other community members) that you feel I can get by if I run into issues or questions ?

    --OR--

  • B) Official Support is Needed?: Or you feel that official support is needed and without that I might get stuck with unresolved issues?

Would love to hear from the community.
Thanks / Avi

Community support is there for you either you are free user of paid user, you can reach out to pabbly connect support anytime and also they are providing support for your workflow issues as well.

FYI I'm not from pabbly connect team, I'm an automation freelancer who helps other pabbly users.

Hello @avisin,

Thank you for considering Pabbly Connect Ultimate ($699). We understand your concerns regarding support and would like to clarify.

We can assure you that we will continue to provide support beyond the included one-year period; however, it may not be priority support, and the number of support meetings may be comparatively fewer.

Regarding your comparison with Make.com, one key advantage of Pabbly Connect is that triggers and internal tasks (such as filters, routers, and formatters) are free. This means you can save task credits, allowing you to optimize your workflow execution and reduce overall costs.

Please let us know if you have any further questions—we’d be happy to assist you.

For those of us who have paid support, how do we submit support requests? I don't see a place for that when I login to my account, and I have a paid account that should have support (if I understand my account terms correctly).
