Slack Channel message to Google Sheets

My client does not have a lot of time to input all of his financial notes in google sheet. He can only put notes in the slack channel and I wanted to automate it to google sheet in an organized way. Everytime I test something in the slack channel it doesn't automatically show in google sheets. I still need to save and sent test request in the workflow for each action. Is it something that I'm missing? Or is it an API issue?

To add, he also wanted not just text but voice record also to automate from slack channel to googlesheets.
