Spreadsheet Formula for empty repsonse

Need to be able to generate an output (1 for true, 0 for false or something similar) that can be passed into Documentaro (being used to show or hide sections based on if there is content or not).
Basically, need to look at an earlier action (such as a record search from Airtable) and if there is any response then set output to 1, or if no response, output to 0.
Been trying to achieve this with the Pabbly Number Formatter Spreadsheet Formula, but not having much luck - any ideas?
