Step writing on Google Sheet performed twice

Hi, we created a flow on Facebook structured like this:

Trigger: Facebook Lead Ads (new lead instant)
Step 1: DateTime Formatter
Step 2: Add row on Google Sheets

Step 2 is executed twice, reporting different information.

The reported issue has now been resolved. The Google Sheets: Add new row action should only execute once in the task history going forward.
