Team member can not see my Company

Hi - I am setting up to use Email marketing. I have set up my company etc and my marketing employee has created there own Pabbly account. I have added them to my account but my employee can not see my company when they log in. They have clicked the icon in the top right of the screen as the instruction was to switch to my company account but there is nothing visible to switch to. See screen shot attached.

Team Member needs to login to their Pabbly account and then access Pabbly Email Marketing application and follow the steps as shown below to access the Access given by you for your account:-
