Telegram chat ID issue

I connected telegram successful but chat ID isn't working, the chat ID is correct though, I get this:

In this one the link was broken I edited it, and it's not working, it is giving me the old error again

As per the first attached screenshot, you need to make the following corrections:
- HTML Fix:
- Correct the closing tag to . For example: clickable word
- Add a clickable word or phrase between the opening and the closing . For example:
- Channel ID Fix:
- Enter the username as @username (e.g., @coupon4freecourses). Do not use prefixes like a negative number.
