template variables fields not showing in pabbly

Hi, i created a Utility template in FB and its approved, but when i'm creating workflow in pabbly only 3 out of 5 fields are showing.
Note: my pabbly is in trial mode.

madam i am also facing the problem when i am creating a flow between google form and Cloud api i have utility approved msg showing in cloud api templates but after connection Templet's msg is not showing in the list
