Test error on filter

I am trying to set up a filter. Before I have done a date and time format as ISO format both in the Google Sheet and selected format "YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm:ssZ". I have two conditions the first is if the value in cell G = Fixed and if the value in Column C is less than current date but is erring. What am I doing wrong. Both conditions are giving error
