Testing works, but data incorrect when actually used (Slack & Amelia)

Hi,
I am having a weird issue. Whenever I do a test, it pulls in the appointment information correctly. However, when a customer does it, it doesn't use the appointment time, it pulls in the purchase time instead. I cannot figure this out. I'm using WP Amelia and Slack.

Hello @clicklabsdev , You are payment date and time instead of appointment time, There shuold be another date/time parameter which is coming in response. so when i search date, that one is the only one with the correct information, of Jan 2nd. Which one do i choose instead ?
