Text to Google Doc Formatting Issue

Hello, I'm attempting to generate a Google Doc but the text doesn't seem to format nicely. The only result I've gotten was a big block of text. I've also tried to use basic html but haven't had much luck. Any advice?

Are you using HTML tag in starting and ending of the text? If no please mention HTML tag as well.
