The links appear duplicated when sent by the AI

Hi,

When I send a link using AI, it appears twice in WhatsApp and looks weird:

For now, I've fixed it by using [link name =>](https://the_url.com), but it looks bad.

How can I fix this? Is there a way for the agent to detect the user's intent and send a button instead of a text link in that []() format?

Or is there a regex filter that can be applied before it's sent to the user?

EDIT: SOLVED
in the chatbot instructions write: "use only plain text, never use markdown"
